Can products online be purchased for in-store pickup or delivery?
Yes! We offer in-store pickup as an option at checkout and we are happy to deliver to the Houma- Thibodaux area!
Furniture & Grill delivery will incur a delivery charge.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Orders over $150 ship free! We ship using UPS and USPS within 1 business day of purchase.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information or letting you know it is ready for pickup. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you deliver?
Yes, Furniture & Grill can be delivered locally for $100.
What is your return policy?
We are now offering REFUNDS for items returned within 14 days of purchase that are unopened and unused with original tags and PROOF OF PURCHASE.-All personalized items and sale items are FINAL SALE. FREE EXCHANGES: If you would like to use your credit to exchange for something else, we will ship back to the customer for free!

How do I make my registry at Outside & In?
Please visit the store in person to pick out the items you want on your registry.
Do y'all gift wrap?
Yes, Gift Wrapping is available for free on all regular price items. Sale items can be wrapped for a $5 fee.
